Senior Full-stack Developer

We’re looking for someone with real technical seniority, an open mindset, and a strong desire to build collaboratively. You’ll join a small, cross-functional team that ships to production multiple times a day. You’ll be involved in the full product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment to continuous iteration.

🛠️ Responsibilities

Design and build web applications using React (Next.js) on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.

Contribute to the core of our AI services built in Python, helping shape and extend critical logic.

Define and expose APIs, work with MongoDB, and leverage indexing tools like Elasticsearch.

Take part in architectural decisions, task planning, and code reviews.

Work with Docker and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions to ship to production frequently.

Operate under a trunk-based development workflow that enables fast, safe releases.

Advocate for best practices: automated testing, clean code, and long-term maintainability.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Proven experience building maintainable, clean, and scalable software.

Solid knowledge of ReactJS and NodeJS in production environments.

Practical experience with MongoDB and an understanding of tools like Elasticsearch.

Experience with or ability to quickly adopt patterns like DDD, layered architecture, and microservices.

Willingness and ability to dive into AI-related projects, contributing in Python and working with open-source models and internal tools.

Comfortable integrating AI tooling into daily workflows to improve how we build and what we deliver.

Strong technical and conversational English skills.

Collaborative mindset, curiosity, and strong communication—someone who enjoys contributing, listening, and building together.

🌱 Nice-to-Haves (Highly Valued)

Background in video-related tools or workflows, including:

Integrations or extensions for professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

Experience building panels or plugins, such as CEP extensions for Premiere Pro.

Familiarity with transcoding, automated media workflows, or advanced media handling.

Experience building AI-powered tools, working directly with open-source or custom models.

Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and tools like LangChain, LangGraph, etc.

Knowledge of Grafana, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, or similar orchestration tools.

Familiarity with delivery metrics (DORA) and advanced CI/CD automation.

You’ll join a small, cross-functional team and collaborate closely with developers, product people, and the company founders. Decision-making is shared, feedback flows both ways, and communication is open and honest. We’re expanding both our team and our product.
